No. While we would recommend that all small businesses have a website, you only need profiles on the top medical and general review websites to use Customer Flux.

The only universal top medical review website is Healthgrades. Examples of other sites to consider are RateMDs, Vitals, WebMD, Wellness, and MD.com. The importance of the websites varies based on city and medical specialty.

The most prominent non-medical profiles/websites in search are Google, Yelp and Facebook. Examples of other sites to consider are YP.com, Angie’s List and top local directories.

Account cancellation can be made over the phone or via email. Please call us at 469-466-4949 or email support@customerflux.com to cancel your account. The final termination date will be the next billing cycle after the notification date to cancel the account.
